I have spent quite a bit of money on cigars at that place through the years. I told him that was unacceptable, and rather trying to communicate in a healthy way or attempt any problem solving, he instead threatened me and told me I was on camera, as if I didn't know that, which seemed to be a way to scare me off. Especially when I told him I guess I would have to dispute with my bank if we couldn't figure out a resolution. He got very angry and I felt unsafe. I wouldn't go back either way, but now I actually feel unsafe due to the boss or owner.
