This was one of the first vape shops I've been to. The staff was really friendly, and showed me a wide variety of MODS to use. I purchased several vaping accessories from them. The ejuice selection is huge, and they carry many different brands. The manager was really cool, and built me the first dripper free (of course I had to pay for the part). The only draw back is the prices are a little on the high side, but they do offer specials from time to time. The store itself is bright inside, as opposed to some other area vape shops where they offer dim lighting. Though, I'm not really going there for the aesthetics. Just thought I mention it as an FYI. The other issue I had was the MOD they sold me broke after a couple of months. They did replace the MOD free of charge, and can't complain about that. I started vaping many years ago and stopped.One day just SICK of smoking CIGARETTES again I first just hit a Vape shop that I was near and used before in the past (vapor villa).The employee was a nice guy and did assist decently for a sub ohm kit (SMOK 80 Watt kit) he talked it up quite well so I did purchase it ($100.00 giver take a few bucks) anyway can't say he wasn't helpful but later on I see he either did know much about the unit or wasn't going to volunteer much information.The unit charged with a USB port only (internal battery) anyway the charging port started to give me problems within 2 weeks!Since I lived 45 minutes away I delt with it until it finally broke!I went back to the store since I couldn't find the receipt (I don't remember getting one from the employee?) Well the guy at the store I remember from the past who was the owner (to back track a bit I did take the mod apart and found it was a super poor design and a problem waiting to happen!) anyway trying not to drag this out first when I said I didn't have a receipt explaining I did remember getting one or lost it right away he went on the defense for his employee and even when I showed him the mod said they haven't SOLD THAT MOD for a long time (come to find out it was a old model!) anyway I pretty much knew where was going because first the receipt issue wasn't their fault and they didn't sell those models for a loooooong time but I just bought one 3 weeks ago and I would THINK the owner would KNOW what stuff he sells and has in stock!Long story short he wasn't offering any solutions to my issue and I had to act like the EMPLOYEE and offer SOLUTIONS that were SHOT down with a quick few words and a blank stare as if he was done talking about it (FYI the store had ZERO CUSTOMERS since I walked in!) Well at thus point I was beyond FRUSTRATED coming to the conclusion they had my $100.00 and he didn't even offer to call the EMPLOYEE who I described sold it to me who said he KNEW who I was talking about or even call SMOK (since it was still under warranty from SMOK and even the STORES replacement policy) so at this point explaining I drove 45 minutes away and just wanted to go home his final 7parting words were come back with 100% PROOF you bought here I GUESS I might get a replacement mod!Well to end this short book I just wrote I went to SS Vape near where I lived and the STORE took a MOD they didn't sell me and gave me 25% discount for it and replaced it with a BETTER MOD with one that was WAY BETTER and a brand they make which carried a LIFE TIME WARRANTY NO questions asked! read more
