Their store policy is once you open them there's no return. I simply returned back to buy the original pod for the battery. As I returned the person at the front accused me of selling to underage kids and I wash shocked! I said I'll go pull my car up to the front to prove I'm by myself and purchasing for myself. I pulled my car right up to the front of the store and walked back in for a 3rd time(no one else was even in the vicinity except a lady who just walked in). As I was purchasing the original pod I told him that ruined my day and you embarrassed me and he declined my purchase, threatened to call the cops, cursed at me, and called me a dick head as I was leaving(all while I was trying to explain my situation). I went across the street to Mood Vape, explained my situation, setup an account, got my original pod for my battery, and they gave me a discount! Thanks Mood Vapes for helping me out!

PLEASE READ!!! My…read morepartner and I stopped at this store a few days ago on our way home to see if they had glass pieces, which they do not. We noticed CBD cat treats on sale on the counter, and an employee mentioned their CBD dog treats. We have a dog with separation anxiety, so we bought some to try. When we got home, we found that the treats were a brownish color and hard as rocks. Our dog was unable to eat them thankfully, despite multiple tries. The expiration date said 08/28 so we thought the package must have been opened and the treats dried out before we bought them. Yesterday we tried to return them but all CBD sales are final. After some conversation with the nice lady at the counter where we showed her the treats, she called whoever is in charge and they were "gracious" enough to exchange the box for a different one with the exact same 08/28 expiration date, but at least the treats were a more vibrant yellow color like on the box. We got home, and these treats were just as hard as the others. I couldn't even break one with a hammer! I contacted the manufacturer with pictures and the hammer video to see what was going on and hopefully exchange them for some good treats, and it turns out these treats expired in 2023 and somebody deliberately changed the 3 to an 8. This is not okay. We were intentionally sold an expired, unusable product that could have made our dog very sick if he was able to eat it. As it is, we're watching for signs of illness because he did really try chewing on them but so far so good. I will never visit this place again, and I do not recommend anyone else come here either.

I'm only giving four stars because the prices are high here. Many other dispensaries in the surrounding area have lower prices for the same brands and products. The Broomfield sales tax and Colorado weed tax on top of the higher than normal prices comes out to be pretty expensive, so if price point is a concern of yours you might want to consider another dispensary.
