So I went into the vapor shop no one really knowledge me as I came to the door I ended up seeing something that I was willing to purchase I waited for a gentleman half my age to purchase what he needed and be about it his business was he left they proceeded to ask me for ID which my wallet had been stolen I had a picture and they refused it the manager there said that he knew the guy better than he knew me didn't need to ID him that's just a double negative me and bad business I would definitely go somewhere else read more

This is the first shop with House Juices and that carries the SUICIDE BUNNY juices that I've gone into since being in CO the past 3 years. I rarely take the time to write a review so when I do its well deserved. This store is the only place I will go now for my vaping needs. In short; great helpful and knowledgeable staff, not trying to over sell, extremely fair prices, and they even use gloves while working with your vape! I wanted to quit smoking and stopped in about 3 weeks ago. I had a price range of around 80 because thats what I saw online. I was hesitant to purchase online though because I didnt really know what I wanted or needed. I had no idea about what kits included like a battery, how many watts I really needed, trusted brands etc. I figured I would go in here just to find out what vape I wanted then buy it cheaper online. Dont quote me but I am pretty sure their prices matched online and I got it that day. Online has cheaper kits by a few bucks but then they want 20 bucks for a battery and some places charged shipping. I walked out the door with a smaller alien vape 1 battery pen that fits in my pocket nicely, my main concern. It goes up to 85 watts I think but for someone trying to quit nicotine over time this is plenty, as long as the quality is there. Some friends have pens that go up to 220 or something and they blow clouds that put Gandalf to shame. I just wanted to quit cigs and be able to sneak a hit while my 2 year old is around so this pen is perfect. They then only charged me $1 for the battery and $1 for my first juice. I walked out the door for $87 and didnt need to wait or have fear I would get some cheap knock off. They set everything up for me and gave me a walk through, some do's and donts. I was really impressed about them using the gloves, being in the food industry myself, I notice things like this. It was just a nice touch that made me trust their other practices. Going to double dip on this review with why this really stood out a few weeks later. *** First experience was a few weeks ago.*** 2nd experience I was mowing the grass and broke my glass. I was in a hurry and was starting to panic about not having nicotine all day or caving and buying cigs. I stopped in real quick to see what they could do excepting to pay 20-30 for a new glass and annoyed! I got there and he told me the glass was only 4 bucks but they were out until they got their shipment later that day. The manager stepped in and said that she would allow him to take the glass off a tester so I could leave happy. She doesnt normally do this, fyi. The older Gentelman who was helping me gladly took apart my vape with broken glass and all, using gloves again, and got me working for $4.50 10 minutes later. ***3rd*** experience It was time to change out my coil and I did it at home by myself. I am not sure if I did something wrong or had a bad coil but it was telling me there was a short. I took it to a place closer to my house and the guy used a DIRTY PAPER TOWEL out of the trash to take my vape apart and sent me on my way. It tasted like crap and was not performing the way it did at first. I decided to take it back to the Vape Shop to check it out and maybe buy a new coil. Again I was expecting to pay mkre than ai did. He gave me a new(and better) coil for something like $6 bucks. He changed it for me and walked me through the steps for changing a coil like pulling air without pressing the button, how to reset a new coil, and that pulling the battery is sometimes all you need to do to fix the short screen issue. Also he walked me though starting at a very low wattage and slowly breaking in each new coil. I think this is what made the old one taste bad was I the guy at un-named shop let my wattage where I had it and burnt the new coil. He did all this with GOLVES AND OVER A FRESH PAPER TOWEL. Seriously, thank you guys for running a good business. I will be back tuesday for your bogo house juice and will send anyone your way! read more

I had just gotten into esmokes and was looking to get a kit built to my exact specifications. I went to The Vapor Shop's prime competition, and the most popular e-cig shop in Denver, Vaporleaf. And instead of talking about how great The Vapor Shop is, I'm gonna talk about their competition for contrast on how a business should be run. My experience with Vaporleaf (which came highly recommended) was less than admirable. They're only open 3 days a week (for 4hrs???) and as well staffed as they appear to be, it doesn't make a lot of sense. So I had just gotten into esmokes and was given an ego battery as a gift. I was ready to turn it into a handy and functional nicotine machine and I had gone online and done my homework. Based on my lifestyle, reviews, and just the simplicity, I knew exactly what I wanted. Having not known about their online option and in store pick up, I found they carried the parts I wanted so I could get them on the spot and get my nicotine fix asap. That's when I ran into their 3 day a week schedule problem. I still had to wait 2 whole days before I could go in. Finally after rocking in my seat for two days and even visiting a lesser store to tide me over for one of those days, I visited the store, and the nightmare began. First I had to wait in line for-freaking-ever like I was at a DMV. They had a line for "newbies" and "professionals" and despite knowing what I wanted and why, I decided to pick the newbie line since I was just getting into it. Plus it was much much much shorter. I still ended up standing there for almost a half hour, and watching the pro line, I was doing better than most. When I finally got to a guy, I explained to him what I wanted and he immediately gave me a disapproving groan. I asked why and he said it wasn't his favorite and began trying to talk me out of it. Again I asked why and his reasoning wasn't enough for me to change my mind and I had to tell him to just get me what I wanted. He reluctantly gathered the parts, and me having already done my homework, I questioned what he gave me cuz it seemed like parts were missing. He started explaining to me that I was wrong and that it just "went together like this" tho not actually putting it together. He then started explaining the prices to me and the numbers he was throwing at me were outrageous and nothing like what their web page had told me. I figured by now he was clearly wrong and had no idea what he was talking about, which made me more insulted that he tried to talk me out of something he knew so little about apparently. He finally finished gathering the pieces and a little juice and set it aside where I had to wait in ANOTHER line for the cashier. (Now it REALLY felt like the DMV) After my name got called and I questioned the parts he picked, and the prices he quoted, to the cashier, who quickly realized he'd gathered all the wrong parts and went to grab all the right ones. I could have saved myself so much time by just going straight to the cashier (or ordered online but like I said, I didn't know about that yet). I finally left, after wasting close to an hour in their store for $10 worth of parts and $3 worth of juice, and tried my new setup and immediately loved it and knew it WAS what I wanted all along and was once again even more insulted by them trying to talk me out of it. A few days after dealing with them I realized I needed more stuff and did my homework further and found The Vapor Shop, and being near my gf's house I decided I'd give them a try. They didn't have a great website so I was reluctant, they didn't even have online ordering option, however seconds after walking in I was blown away. First off, I COULD walk in because they're open 5 days a week for 8 whole hours, and they had a great selection of parts and juices. Not as vast as Vaporleaf but for a beginner like me it was perfect to not overwhelm. The shop was nice and the people were nicer. They were able to actually talk to me, listen, and joke around. They immediately started showing me how to better use the kit I had built, rather than suggest another one, and showed me a good backup cigarette that worked well with the same parts of the kit I bought and I couldn't resist but buy it outright. Then they started stocking me up with backup attys and cartridges and I quickly realized their prices were WAY better than VL. They let me try a bunch of flavors and then explained to me they had a point program where every 10 points you accumulate they give you a free bottle of juice. I was blown away by the customer service and the whole shopping trip took less than a half hour, and most of that was me lingering in the store and joking with staff. They've stocked me with enough gear to last months and I still find myself going back for extra bits because I just enjoy their shop. Oh, and their online store is coming soon! read more

Your average vape shop that carries their own brand of juice and various entry level and clone mods. They did seem to be stepping up their game a tad by bringing on some boutique lines and high end mods however when I just inquired about some replacement parts for a mod I own I was told to go ask the place I bought it from. Well advice taken lady, the irony is I was even considering buying another one of these mods of another color. It is horrible business practice to chase away a guy has a $180 dollar mod and was in your shop vaping on another $400 dollars of equipment. There are 4 other HIGH end and very knowledgeable vape shops within a 8 mile distance to waste your time on this place. read more

Ok, They can have the extra star. This is a review update! The owner of The Vapor Shop sent me a message here on yelp requesting I come back in for another experience as they do have higher VG juices. He apologized for them not showing them to me when I went in last time. He also let me know that they could make any of their house blends as a higher PG or VG if requested. This makes me wonder if their recipes are adjusted for it or not but that's not really super relevant to the review because I don't know the answer. I tested a few of their higher VG premium juices and they weren't bad. Not exactly my kind of flavors but I can't ding them for that. They did carry quite a few high end name brands of juice. Most people would find something they like in their higher end offerings. I still don't like their tasting setup where you have to ask for each flavor over the counter but the owner explained why they do this and it makes sense. I also did end up picking up an authentic RDA while I was there too for only $6 over online prices which I hadn't found anywhere else. read more

Great place! I'm from out of town on biz. and forgot my pen charger. If I hadn't found this place I would have had to buy cigarettes . They fixed me up in a pinch! Only drawback is that they didn't have the chargers for my pen sold separately so I had to buy a new pen. They did throw in a free cartridge and juice which I appreciated. read more

Been here a few times and really like this place. Their house "the duke" flavor is my fav. Super friendly service. They had all the pieces of the vaporizer that was recommended on reddit as compared to the vape shop near my place. Hopefully I can find some other flavors here that I really like. I went here today for the first time. I bought a clearomizer, for $7.99, which is a great price. However, the real reason I went there was to find some tobacco flavored e juice. I told the nice woman behind the counter what I was looking for and she literally let me taste every tobacco flavored juice they have, which is 5 or 6, if i remember correctly. I ended up walking out with a bottle of Cigar and Black & Mild juice. The prices are great, you don't need to spend $15 for 15ml like other places in town are trying to sell you, and you don't need to order over the internet and buy a pig in a poke, there are several places in town to try and this is certainly one of them. read more

This is easily the best vape shop in the area - I won't slander other businesses because I like them as people, but TVP is the only place with staff that seems to actually know what they're talking about from an engineering / electronics standpoint. Their prices are competitive, only beaten by online orders from sketchy pseudo-companies, they make awesome in-house liquids, and if you walk in there blind and ignorant, you'll walk out confident and satisfied. I would not even give this a one star. I bought a mod and this product is defective will not charge after 8 days . The company has a 3 year warranty. The manufacturer said the shop has to exchange the product but the owner will not take it back. This shop is a joke you spend 70.00 dollars on a product you expect it to last at least a month. They do not stand behind there product. I ' m not sure why you sell bad products to your customers . Buyer beware if you want to waste your money go to this shop.
