When we started looking for a contractor, we looked at least a half of a dozen different options. The main difference between Century and the other contractors we considered was that they had pre-fabricated cabinets that were able to be customized to fit our needs, while others needed to spend more time and money to build cabinets from scratch. Having remodeled our previous homes' kitchen to similar cabinets, I can say that the quality was on par with the custom ordered cabinets we ordered before. I was very happy with the trade-off as this made the project move very quickly. Once most of our designs and choices were made, and work started, Shay was always available for feedback, and we were able to tweak any small thing we wanted to change, and correct any small discrepancies in what turned out versus what we expected. He put us in touch with an Alside branch manager (who FINALLY sent us a list of the serial numbers for our windows) and washed his hands of us. Ron didn't responded to my last email, just forwarded it to the Alside Rep. So while their work is fine, their customer service isn't.
