I contacted Luke to fix a leak in my bathroom sink. He replaced a braided supply line and attempted to fix the issue. While he was here, he also replaced the braided supply line in my kitchen, even though it wasn't leaking, just because it was old. After he left, the leak in my bathroom sink continued, and now my kitchen sink--which wasn't leaking before--started leaking as well. Luke was the only person I reached out to who was willing to come take a look at my one and a half year old Rheem has water heater after the pilot light would no longer stay lit. All of the other companies I contacted refused to come out as soon as I said it was a Rheem water heater.
