A young man immediately approached me and stood there for a few minutes discussing what I needed. We talked about a couple of the lanterns on the wall. He said he was going to the desk to check on the prices and measurements. He was gone a long time, I could see him. I thought maybe it was just taking him a few minutes to look it all up. After about 15 minutes I went to my car and got a measuring tape, came back in and measured the lanterns myself. He still never came back to me so I left without the measurements or the pricing info. I feel sure that my purchase will be pretty sizable but maybe they just don't need the business. Very disappointing. I can probably purchase online but hate to not shop local. What a sad state of affairs.

He provided his direct line and always emailed and returned phone calls. The pandemic caused appliances to be on backorder and he told me about the wait. Made suggestions based on my needs and kept me posted on the timeframes. After waiting many months, we finally got our appliances on January 5, 2022. The install went perfectly and we love our new dishwasher and refrigerator. When I need more appliances, I will definitely call JJ at AllSouth in Huntsville.

We bought in a new build with upgraded appliances (we closed on 6/6 so appliances ordered 6 weeks…read moreprior). Originally told stove and microwave back ordered and would be here end of June - OK that's fine - I can wait - called and given date to bring stove and microwave of 7/1 (we scheduled the vent to be done that day so could just put the microwave in and be all done)- showed up and lo and behold no microwave and has no clue what I was talking about... It is now 7/19 - new home, want to look nice - have big space above stove and just dropped off a loaner counter microwave that is now taking up unnecessary counter space - is hideous and shocker doesn't quite work properly (door doesn't open unless jiggle). If I hadn't already paid for O would absolutely go to Home Depot and get delivered (which I can have within week). Allsouth is telling me mid August for delivery --- what a joke and annoyance!!!
