Seem to have a mix of employees who know what they're doing and know all their stuff and some you're better off with trial and error picking your own supplies. Some are new, so hopefully that learning curve won't be too bad because they seem like nice enough guys. Not that they didn't want to help, just didn't have the experience yet. Not the easiest location to get into and out of during heavy traffic times, but the location is conveniently, centrally located to serve a lot of people, and parking lot itself is good. It's just located at a busy intersection.

I have talked to their customer service to no avail. All they do is lie (saying they will be there to pick up the appliance, then not show) and waste my time. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a company. I will NEVER, EVER shop or step foot in Home Depot again. They have no integrity at all. I wouldn't take anything from them even if they gave it to me. No wonder this company is going downhill. Their customer service staff is the worst on the planet. Hope they get treated the same way they have treated me when they need something. BTW it was a GE appliance and will not buy GE anymore either. What a nightmare I wish it were all over, but they still haven't picked up the appliance, and I have been trying to get it out of my house for the past 19 days, that is if they don't lie to me again (something CS is good at) it should be gone on the 29th of January, 2026, but I don't think my nightmare will be over then. Mind you, the woman who waited on me was very nice and professional, so a bonus star for that. But I think waiting 13 weeks for a piece of furniture--especially when I was told the wait would be roughly half that--is excessive. No. Seriously. I realize that this is not Ikea. I do understand having a waiting period for well-built stuff. I really do. But houses are built in less time. Handel took only 24 days to write The Messiah. The entire invasion of Iraq took place in less than a month. A quarter of the year has slipped past. However, this is what happens when your furniture is made in China. So, right now, our bed is likely sitting in a container in Long Beach. And if there is some ding in the furniture, then we'll be waiting another 13 weeks. So if you're looking to buy furniture, forget what the salespeople tell you. Expect a wait.

The company has been out three separate times to fix the leak, and it still leaks. Water continues to come in, especially around the door area. I currently have to keep a towel placed under the door just to stop the water from running across the floor and ruining the inside of the building. This is unacceptable for a storage building that is supposed to protect what's stored inside. After multiple service visits with no permanent solution, it's clear the issue is either poor construction or improper installation. I should not have to rely on towels to manage water intrusion in a building that was purchased new. I am very disappointed with the quality and the lack of a real fix. Based on my experience, I would not recommend H&H to anyone looking for a reliable, weather‑tight storage building.

Now, 5,000 miles later, I've come to find out that they only halfway fixed the problem. They replaced the front left tire but failed to recalibrate the rest, which means the root issue wasn't addressed properly. The faulty weight placement on the inside of the tire was hitting the brake caliper on every rotation--a serious oversight. Do things right the first time. Owning up to a mistake is one thing, but following through and fixing it completely is what really matters.
