New kitchen (cabinets and island), new LVP flooring, recessed lights and whole house paint. Quality work and at a fair cost. We've encounter a recent home issue that needs repairing. The first time I used them, they came to paint some interior railings, and did a fantastic job, even if they were hard to get a hold of initially. A few weeks later, I contacted them again to come out and do an estimate for me on a good deal of exterior painting and repairs. The estimate was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. The day of, the time span they gave came and went, and no one showed up. I called half an hour past the time frame, and was told that they had no idea where he was, and that they would text me. They texted a while later saying that he wasn't able to make it, and asked to reschedule for Wednesday. I agreed, understanding that these things happen. On Wednesday, I received a text an hour before the allotted time saying that something came up, and that he needed to reschedule for Thursday at the same time. I had a conflict, and asked for either Friday or just to text them pictures of the work to try and do a virtual estimate. They asked for pictures, and I sent several, with detailed instructions for each. I didn't hear anything for the next nine hours, and received a text late at night saying that Friday would be better. That brings us to today, where again no one showed up during the scheduled appointment time, and where again I had to reach out and find that they, again, did not know where he was. I told them there was no need for a fourth rescheduling. If you can get this team to come out and actually do the work, they will probably do a fine job. However, be warned - you might never get to see that for yourself if they treat you they way they have treated me.

All of the staff are are knowledgeable and super nice to work with. We have used them for kitchen cabinet refinishing, restoring the front doors to our historic home, refinishing stair railings / newel posts, reglazing historic windows, as well as exterior and interior painting and repair. We live in an historic home and Jeff and his crew have painted the exterior and interior of every surface at this point. This has included painting new construction, as well as detailed work on the older sections including stripping siding down to the wood, reglazing windows, repainting historic shutters and rehanging with historically accurate hinges, etc. The crew is considerate that it is your home and everything is left clean. He is the only painter I have ever used since I found him because he pays so much attention to the quality of the whole job, especially proper prep. Before Jeff, I had dealt with a lot of painters who didn't show, cut corners in prep, left a mess, or didn't accurately estimate a job. Of course they have a minimum charge and charge for time, including shopping for customers as if they should do that for free. This is a business and they need to make a profit. If you don't want to spend any money, hire somebody off the street. I feel bad for the technicians who have to deal with angry customers upset about the cost. Shame on you for trashing them.

MRE Inc helped me with my home that got damaged by a tornado in August of 2024 in Lake Caroline and the owner was incredibly quick to respond and accepted a payment agreement that allowed me to continue to get into my home. They were hired for drywall replacement, closet door assembly replacement, trim replacement, window ceil replacement, smoothing out the textured ceilings, and painting all doors walls trim and ceilings. All of this work go completed in about 9 days even during Christmas and New Years being celebrated. They have out preformed any other company to include the big name brand restoration companies in both professionalism, and quality of work.
