This was May of 2025 and we signed a contract and was charged for 13 windows. August of 2025 the contractors come out to install windows. When they got there they asked us where the windows were. We told them we was told Lowes would deliver. And here is where the nightmare began. Lowes would not deliver and wanted the contractor or us to come get. We said no because if something happened to the windows we did not want to be responsible. Well contractors go and pick up windows and low and behold one whole window unit was broke. So we go to Lowes and speak with Andrew Chesteen. Who is supposed to be the top guy. He told us a window would be ordered. He lied to us numerous times. It was a circus. We called upper management to be told it was being handles. Jump to November! New window is in and again they want us to come pick it up and we decline. Contractors go to get the window and it is broken again..... shattered. At this point we have talked to everyone possible to get this fixed. 3rd time a charm right..... nope new window delivered to Lowes and the sheath is broken. We speak to Andrew again who assures us a new window will be ordered. By this point we have figured out Andrews will lie to cover his ass. So lets move to March. Contractors show up to put supposed to new window in only to find out they did not order anything it is the same broke window. We have called corporate, local and no one wants to talk to us. They was supposed to be calling us monthly to see how the windows where doing. So finally end of March we finally get a new window and installed. I have seen houses be built in this time frame. So my advise is do not go with Lowes if you want quick, reliable work with good customer support. Oh and for the money we paid you would expect great windows. We ended up having to pay $600 for 2 dehumidifiers because of the condensation that building up on the windows and damaging our window panes.

My Craftsman push mower broke (made in China), so I dropped it off at Lowe's, where I purchased it,…read morefor repair under factory warranty. I dropped it off 1 month ago, and called today to check on the status and was told that the mower is still on site, and has not yet been sent to Craftsman for repair. Not good service.
