When I…read morewalked in I was treated like a ghost, employees seemed like they were making an effort to ignore me standing at the counter. Finally an employee asked what I needed. I inquired about a 500 gallon septic tank. They said they didn't have it but could get one and then printed out a price on a piece of paper and handed it to me. Saying that was the cash price, and acting like I would be privileged to get it. Thinking that I had seen the tank they were offering in stock just down the street I left and went to talk to that company. That other place not only had 3 in stock, but they were friendly, allowed me to pay with a card and even after tax the price was over $400 less expensive than BR Supply. I bought one from them and minutes later it was loaded in the back of my truck. Later the following week I went into BR Supply again looking for a plumbing grommet. The employee at the counter looked right past me and asked the person that walked in behind me if, they could help him. The man behind me said no sensing how I had for no reason been snubbed and asked them to get me first. I asked about the part, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and I left again and certainly will never be back. I don't think I've ever been more dismissed or got such a bad vibe from a business, it was uncalled for and down right puzzling. I'm really glad I didn't spend a cent with BR Supply and I know I never will. Trust me, they don't deserve your money either.

We were there for quiet sometime and I observed how professional these two ladies were in handling the social distracting guidelines and I felt 100% comfortable with their professionalism. This was by far our best experience EVER with sales associates in a Verizon store and we've been customers for twenty-four years. And also, we live two hours away from the union city store but we will always come back to this store when we need anything just because these two ladies made such a sometimes frustrating situation such a pleasant experience for my husband and myself both. On April 21st I received an email that my ordered "finished processing". On April 23rd, I replied to that email asking for status of my order, and received no reply. On April 25th, I called the only number available on Flight Outfitters website, and there are three options, orders, repairs, and order status. Two of those three options go to the same person. It doesn't matter anyway, because no one answers the phone. I regret AOPAs association with this outfit, I like to support AOPA. Yet I will not order anything else from Flight Outfitters.
