I usually always like the nurses, but the doctors seem to rush you and act like they really don't care about patients. It's an ok place if you have something very minor, but if it's more serious I advise you going somewhere else. I've known people personally to have some very bad doctor advice here that made them even sicker and had to go to another doctor to even get better. I called to verify Paris Eye Care accepted my insurance before making an appointment, as I would be a new patient for them. I was told they accepted my insurance, so I set the appointment with them. About 2 weeks later, show up for the appointment and Paris Eye Care tells me, "They don't know if they told me, they don't accept 'Tricare'." I would never have set the appointment in the first place if they didn't take my insurance, hence the initial call to verify they were in network before making the appontment. MyEyeDr.(chain) takes benefeds(FEDVIP) / Tricare if you can make the trip to Jackson, TN. Frustrating for many reasons, and it would seem that they do not want to help with fed employees and vets with their vision needs by remaining out of insurance network.
