DO NOT GO HERE! My wife took our 3 children here for a check up after we moved to Paris. It was the only place taking Medicaid patients. SHE CAME BACK IN TEARS! They do not give any shots or immunizations at the actual location, you have to go to the health department. We tried to get them to send just some of the paperwork for new patients ahead of time, which we have had done time and time again in Nashville, and they out right refused. I took my wife to this place and she saw Dr Blankenship. This guy was the worst doctor that I've ever seen. He did not want to listen to what we had to tell him about my wife's condition. He was taking personal phone calls while in with us and ordered all kinds of test that she already had. Never again ! read more

Place has long waiting times even if you have an appointment. There are currently two doctors listed as on staff, the rest are either students or nurse practitioners. Went in and ended up seeing a nurse, who listened to the symptoms and without ever touching me or doing an exam in any way wrote me a script and sent me on my way saying if its not better in two days call back. It did not get better. Careful what you sign at this place and read the privacy policy it has some serious loopholes that as long as you sign you have agreed too. ex. on their website.. Facility Directory: Unless you notify us that you object, the following medical information about you will be placed in our facility directories: your name, your location in our facility; your condition described in general terms; your religious affiliation, if any. We may disclose this information to members of the clergy or, except for your religious affiliation, to others who contact us and ask for information about you by name. now why would they share with the clergy? Except that they started out in the Baptist Family Practice clinic... and there is more, careful what you sign, read everything carefully, and do not sign the pain/substance agreement unless you wish call backs to be tested and pills counted at their convenience, it is not needed for treatment. careful with these people they can ruin your health, your reputation and your future. avoid like the plague they are. crazy paperwork demanding you give up your legal rights in order to be properly treated. Demand signature in order to treat illness that has accompanied pain, pain is documented but untreated if refuse to sign paper, they blood and piss test when paper is signed, can demand patient return for more monitoring tests ( not related to illness or injury), at any time, demand presence within hours of call, if no show, out of town or no way to get there, then patient is listed as drug user, and refused treatment in future, plus made up stuff.. ie.. drug user.. on file follows you. avoid if possible. easy to get appointment, same day, long as you are not in pain fine, if you sprain, break an ankle or anything else, or hurt your back with documentation, will not treat you correctly uness you sign away your rights and privacy...ignores Hippocratic oath, if they dont treat for pain, without that paper they are not following the law that states you have a legal right not to be in pain, that patients have a right to be treated, this is nothing more than medical blackmail. read more
