After weeks of back and forth with Evan and Sarah, trying to get straight and solid price quote, I hopped on the phone with the owner of this spot (Hyde) because Sarah was getting a snippy with me. Before Hyde heard my complaint we went on for about a solid 5-10 minutes about how I told him that his staff was rude and that I'm difficult. I was accused of several things on this phone call by this owner, none of which were true. In fact, he actually didn't even let me get a word in. At the end of the call he told me he was sorry that they couldn't work with me and that I was making him feel unsettled. Now look, I'm all about expressing ones self, and if you say you're unsettled, I get it, and I respect it. But when a customer calls to talk to you about a negative experience they're having with your company and that your staff has been snippy, the right response isn't to play the victim and accuse the customer of X, Y, Z. Honestly, at the end of the day, this business operates like a total joke. If you don't value your time, by all means, give them your business. If you have any value for your time and integrity, don't bother wasting it here. read more

Been using HD to make our totes for our film festival for 7 years now and there is no better out there. The quality of the product, the precision they use to ensure 100% accuracy of spelling, centering of logos, etc... all cannot be beat. We have never had any print issues with even 1 bag and we purchase typically 100-300 each other. We have tried another vendor in the past and always ended up with at least 10% of or order off-center or poorly imprinted. Don't go anywhere else, seriously they are that good! read more

How can you be told that you cannot be accommodated and to watch the time you spend after constantly bringing in work and business for them? This company is amazing. I had a last minute anniversary gift idea I wanted to have created. Not only was I responded to insanely fast, all of my questions were answered in a timely manner.
