The movers were great--timely and professional. The person in charge stayed in constant contact and…read moreexplained everything clearly throughout the process. After unpacking, I did notice some damage to a few pieces of furniture and broken marvel side tables, and one particular item seems to be missing. However, any damage to the walls was promptly repaired, which I really appreciated. The owner/manager also made sure that my adjustable bed was taken down and moved to the upstairs bedroom the following workday. I had mentioned during booking that the master bedroom furniture was extremely heavy and that I had a king-size adjustable base that was located upstairs , and there was some trouble with the furniture being moved. Overall, the service was good and responsive, though I do wish the missing item and furniture damage had been avoided.
