These guys are super personable, friendly, knowledgeable. reasonable and i would consider them as good friends now. When the part came in, they never would call me back to schedule an appointment. When I talked to them, one lady hung up on me. The next person, the owner told me he would not do business with me???? All I was asking for was an appointment. Very strange and worst business and customer service I have ever had. We live in a large hone and all I wanted was my central vac to work. I would not use them for anything!!!! Beware. Now they have my part for my Central vac off my warranty!!!!!!
