I purchased a Groupon from them and have been trying to find availability that works for me, every time I call, they are booked. I called today and Lisa was finally able to give me an available date and time! However I was told by her that "my name sounds familiar" and that I probably purchased a Groupon before. I personally do not remember ever going there. However she preceded to tell me that if I already had purchased a groupon that I cannot use a groupon and I would have to call Groupon to get a refund. She told me to give her my Groupon number so that she can check the number to look back at her records to see if I had ever purchased a Groupon from them before and she would get back to me. All I wanted was to de-stress with a massage and in return I got more stressed out!!!! I went back to the Groupon and even if I had ever purchase a Groupon years ago that I cannot remember, it says on the Groupon to "purchase again" see picture attached. I'm honestly confused by all of the positive reviews because our experience was completely…read moredifferent. We booked a 45-minute foot massage, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. There was barely any pressure at all, to the point where I could hardly even feel the massage. On top of that, about 75% of the time was spent massaging my legs rather than my feet, which was frustrating considering we specifically came for a foot massage. The biggest issue was that the massage definitely did not last the full 45 minutes that we paid for. Between the lack of pressure, very little time actually spent on the feet, and being shorted on the time, I left feeling like it was a complete waste of money. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this place based on our experience.
