The staff are all really nice, and the pharmacists are very friendly and are willing to have a chat and give you some helpful advice. The shop is small which limits the range of stock it has but it is a real asset to the local community. They work closely with the nearby medical centre and if you ask for a prescription renewal and don't pick it up before the medical centre closes you can just go into the pharmacy and they will have it waiting for you. There are two reasonable car parks at the shopping centre and plenty of on street parking.

I like Boots but unfortunately I would rather go to Torquay or Brixham than use this branch…read more It is a small shop and hard to move around but the main problem is the staff. On the pharmacy they are excellent but on the tills by the door they are not friendly. I think this is particularly poor when it is a seaside town where the visitors are important. The shop has a good range of goods considering the space available. If you like collecting Boots points you can get them here.
