The joke of an owner's manual / operator's manual is one of my first complaints, it is so vague that it was probably written by a first grader! 2nd on the list of complaints is "mark N" was completely correct, the steam generator side is standard American wiring with L1 and L2 wires for 240V feed but the power supply needed for the infrared sauna side is single wire 220 Volt European wiring! My next complaint is regarding the drain system, the corrugated EUROPEAN cheap plastic drain line from the showers drain head is extremely cheap and substandard according to American plumbing standards and code And it leaked where the factory connected the corrugated tube to the drain head and also required a special adapter to connect it to the homes drain waste vent system! 3rd complaint is regarding the pre assembled / preformed shower panel - none of the attaching hardware for The Jets or the shower heads were installed correctly they were all loose and none of them had any kind of sealing installed, the panel for the shower side was so poorly formed that I ran into the same situation as mark that there was an obscene amount of caulk needed to seal this shower! I've been a contractor for over 30 years and have yet to see something so poorly built....the amount of money my LONG TIME,FAITHFUL VALUED customer spent & the extraordinary measures needed to hook it up electrically, the extraordinary measures needed to hook it up to the plumbing waste, and extraordinary measures needed to seal this thing does not warrant the $7000 they charge for it. This kit is definitely not worth the money they're asking for it!!!

Who needs negativity? Erica has been cutting my hair for over 5 years and I have never been happier. People stop me in Costco, at the movies, in Florida and in airports and ask WHO DOES YOUR HAIR?! I carry her cards with me. I have referred my friends to her because she's AWESOME. I look great every single cut/color! Did you know that Erica is a sole proprietor working 50-60+hrs per week. She started when she was 19 and her passion and knowledge of hair styling shows on every client. She cuts & colors, styles, advises and also is a cosmetologist who really loves doing facials. Although she is licensed to massage and do mani-pedi's she's recently given those up to focus on hair and skin. Erica has wonderful, friendly clients who return over and over and have followed her whenever she has relocated over those 20+years. Now that's loyalty. And yes, Erica "is" TRULY booked out 2-3 months. How do I know for sure? Well, occasionally I help her with scheduling and get to see how full her schedule is. Also, did you know that over 60% of Erica's clients have been with her since she opened her first business 20+yrs ago!!! Every client of Erica's is a walking endorsement. Erica is funny, sweet and talented! Rarely doe she ever run late - she makes sure that you have her undivided time and attention. I have never, ever known Erica to be unprofessional or rude. If anything she has a hard time speaking up or saying no and will work past closing to accommodate her clientele. Her business is now located in Salon Trendz, which is another great salon with a great group of stylists and a massage therapist. If you would like a change, call 413-284-4425.
