I've gotten a diamond glow at a lot of other places, and it helped immensely! She told me the reason was that the bacteria might spread. I understand that, but if you even pop a pimple, the bacteria can spread, like with your basic facial, and they use a product to kill bacteria after extractions. She offered me one other service, the Zen facial, and it didn't sound great. I felt she was trying to talk me out of getting a service at all, but I drove a long way and didn't want to get nothing. I felt like my blemishes offended her, and I wasn't even supposed to be there because I was bothering her. . . she did the Zen facial, which was very nice and relaxing, but was basically just a light massage. She did a good job with the massage, and she asked me if I wanted oil in my hair. I said no, but you can do the massage without oil. She said no, she can't do the massage without oil. No head massage without oil. I don't understand that either. She used tools on my Head and gave me a nice massage on my face and décolletage. I go to a lot of spas, and this one is among the worst for customer service. The services I received from this company were honestly dangerous and left me with long-term health…read moreproblems. I was having severe side effects from IVIG, including chest pain, trouble breathing, high BP and losing consciousness. The nurses tried their best to advocate for me to lower my rate, but pharmacy would not allow them to do so, and kept pushing for them to maintain the rate that was causing these side effects. Pharmacy would continue to coerce me to continue, saying that I would lose access to IVIG entirely if I didn't. At one point nurses wanted me to stop completely and call 911, that is how bad my side effects were. Pharmacy would not allow them to stop and said they must continue at that rate, despite symptoms that put me at risk of stroke or heart attack. I later come to find out that the rate I was on is not normal for new patients to IVIG, and that this rate is normally reserved for patients who have been on IVIG for years and developed tolerance. I now suffer with severe and constant migraines as well as chronic hypertension as a result of this, and will suffer from these symptoms permanently as a result of their carelessness and selfishness. They simply wanted me on a higher rate so they could save money, as a faster rate means nurses are not paid to be at my house as long. And because of this selfishness I am now permanently disabled by migraines and hypertension. I also spent the summer I was on IVIG with Kabafusion in and out of the hospital, I was in the ER 3 times and they still refused to lower the rate that I was clearly not tolerating

This company does not like the word NO and will not take it as an answer even from patients who decide Kabafusion is not for them as they will be continually hounded and harassed by the sales department until they have no choice but to accept this company as their infusion provider.
