Then once the assessment was done it took another month to get an appointment to start to receive speech! when you arrive there there's no front office or or reception or anyone to speak to. When you arrive at their offices, there's no one there to receive you. You just have to walk into room and a speech therapist who happens to be walking by will let another speech Therapist know you're available. and schedulers work from home or remotely so it's impossible to get in touch with them through a regular phone line and texting them is a big joke as well. I honestly don't know what's going on there. I assume that maybe they were going out of business and everything was falling apart. I couldn't tolerate working like this with my son speech therapy at stake so after six months of playing phone tag and texting we finally gave up and found another therapist.
