Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled twice, from 6:00 to 6:15 and then again to 6:30. While I was understanding, it wasn't a great start. I paid $153 for a 75-minute massage that was advertised to include deep tissue work, hot stones, three aromatherapy blends, therapeutic stretching, an ice globe facial treatment, and a relaxing scalp and foot massage. Instead, I received about 60 minutes of someone rubbing large amounts of oil across my back. There was very little technique, no real attention to the areas I requested, and none of the relaxing flow or pressure I expect from a professional massage. It was actually uncomfortable at times, and I found myself just waiting for it to end. I don't know if this was due to a lack of experience or a lack of care, but the service I received did not match what was advertised or what I paid for. It felt like money wasted. Based on my experience, I'd recommend spending a little more elsewhere if you're looking for a quality massage.

Shane was great at guiding me through the process and reminding me to breathe to help me relax. Some movements were a little uncomfortable but both Shane and Alejandra were constantly communicating with me to ensure I was doing OK. The massage was about 20-30 mins. and I felt great afterwards. You can tell they both know what they are doing and were open to answer all my questions. I would love to go back and try another massage or other services.

Please tell me why while I'm on the table and I ask for 30 extra minutes they jump the price to $200. Shane is incredibly out of touch, rude, and when I shared I'm currently in job interviews and pocket watching, he on the phone "I totally understand. Us too." I have been running around all day, explained to her that she was early and that I wanted to take a shower, for her to please go downstairs and come back up at the proper time. I have been looking forward to this massage all day. Marianela did not like the fact that I was correct about the time. She packed up her things and left. I knew she was not coming back. I cannot believe how rude she was. It is unfortunate because I have been looking for a person to get regular massages from. I will never be using this company again.

I decided to try out a chiropractor to help me with a few chronic problems I've had for most of my adult life, due to far less intrusive treatment methods. After my first appointment, I knew I was in the right hands, based on Dr. Ruggiano's knowledge and amazingly straightforward bedside manner. I walked in with some crazy intense knot and severe shoulder pain. Instead of just the basic review, he went ahead and set me up with an electro-heat -magic treatment (my words) that really helped to loosen things up before my first adjustment. As for my chronic problems, I am definitely seeing improvements. I know my neck will take a while to feel better, but my TMJ and my foot issues (left over form a sprained ankle a 6 months back) are waning. I am even sleeping on my back!
