She's never really wanted to but I convinced her to go and Nathan made it so much more worth it. He was kind and made her feel very comfortable the massage room had a very calm relaxing atmosphere. It's really odd. The NP that works there is so full of herself and doesn't listen. There is no exam--just a bunch of questions that were already asked with the onboarding paperwork. Waste of time. Then they order labs without your consent nor explain why--just talk down to you when you ask a simple question. They are not there to solve problems, only guided by the all mighty buck to push things through insurance to get paid. Sad.

Turns out nationally 2percent of people fail the psych test but in the office 60 percent fail that psych test. They wanted me to take it a third time. Why? It would not be different results. They must be using the wrong test key to be that different from the national average and God knows what they charge for the psych test.
