James took his time going over the intake questionnaire I had completed previously and discussed the plan for the areas to focus on. I received a 90-minute deep tissue massage focused on my upper body and it was amazing! I didn't realize how much tension and pain I was carrying all this time and I was grateful for the release and relaxation. James was very communicative about how much pressure to apply and was able to provide just the right amount based on my preferences.
