At 73 years old it is important to find the best. Everytime I visit them at his Keller office, his staff are extremely friendly. Yolanda and M'Keisha at the front desk start your visit on positive beginning. They both are so friendly and will go out of their way to help with your paper work and get you all checked in. If I'm a good boy during the visit, they let me have a piece of candy. They also remind me to make sure I get my coffee after my visit. You don't want to be caffeine up when you are seeing a Cardiologist. For any Doctor, you have to make sure you hire great Nurse Practitioners to fill in when he is not available. Well, I can tell you Dr. Badhey has two that are fantastic. I feel very comfortable with their diagnosis. Buffy and Stella are his Nurse Practitioners. They review your health chart before they even see you. If there are any adjustments to be made in medication, they do not hesitate to put you on something that could help with something they see in my bloodwork that may need a boost. Alicia and Jenni are the nurses. They are fantastic in going over your records, or better described as a triage. They confirm any and all changes in my records since last visit. Apparently most doctors will give someone a prescription for these when they have been diagnosed with a concussion but not the doctors at this hospital in the emergency room in the middle of the night. Though they were a lot better than they used to be at this hospital in terms of giving me the help I needed in a timely and caring and professional manner, the fact that they failed to provide me with this one thing and that I had to call another doctor the next day about my nausea to have them figure it out over the phone tells me this organization is still one that could have been better. I continue to rate the major hospital networks in this area in this order, UT Southwestern, Baylor, Texas Health Resources, Presbyterian, Medical City. When I have a choice I like UT Southwestern best and Baylor about the same. The former for most everything and the latter for heart and orthopedic problems. I have my reasons based on a lot of extended family history over the decades in this area.

If you're afraid of needles, they're careful to minimize any discomfort from the catheter Plus they seemed to enjoy caring for patients. Nurse Patty especially. And you can tell they liked each other -- or came across to us like they did. Minor downsides: Signage isn't easy to see from the street if you're arriving pre-dawn. You can see "Eclipse," the company's new name isn't obvious. And in filling out an online pre-surgery form, options for our surgeon didn't appear. They working to improve their computer issue. Overall, the downsides are minor and probably temporary. The great staff more than makes up for them.
