Helen was touch and go on hitting pressure points...there was no hand or arm massage just neck, face and head...which I'm cool with because it was good. I was disappointed though in the actual foot massage...it was so gentle and pressure points there were hugely missed. I like the kneading of the muscles and joints ...it relieves the tension to that area but, again this was just literally a massage like my BF would give me with a few extra jabs thrown in.
