I have super fine and thin hair so I really just wanted to chop off anything making it look... worse. I came in pretty much expecting to get a blunt cut and my only ask was to keep as much length as I could- I'm not one to be emotionally attached to my hair, but I like to have enough to curl. Before making the chop, Kara showed me about where my hair would look the fullest and she cut off about 6 inches and I was on my way in under an hour. TL;DR Overall, I'd come back. This place is charming, has its own parking lot, and I like that it's a group of small businesses/individuals vs a chain salon. If you were one of the first to buy a package you were locked into that price from there on so I did. There were only so many available. I had them done and was pleased with the results. When I tried to book again several months later, the girl said she didn't know about it and would get back with me. I never heard back so then we were at a year so I called again. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then. Unfortunately I think it was to draw business but since it grew she conveniently forgot about all the promises made.

On 09/21/18 Dena Tocco offered to remove some slight imperfections during a hydraderm, minor…read moreimperfections that only I noticed and left my face with hyperpigmentation that cannot be covered by make up. She offered some samples of the products they sell to apply which did nothing but irritate it more. Now I have to visit a dermatologist and plastic surgeons office to try and fix what she did. I asked her for a simple apology and a full refund which were ignored. Pictures will be posted soon. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the licensing board and BBB. I hope she doesn't scar any more faces

The employees do a great job queueing the line. They're also great at eyebrow threading and tinting as well as underarm waxing. You're pretty safe with anyone you get. I'm sure they likely also do a great job at their other services but these are the only services I ever get. I also love each of their personalities. They're always happy to see you and everyone has a calm peacefulness about them. Its relaxing being there. I'll also say, their customers are always pretty quiet and chill, less rowdy than what I've witnessed at other locations.
