Doctor Monchamp gave me the wrong medication- owned up to it, but didn't do anything about it. I…read moregot really really sick from it, and paid thousands of dollars for other doctors because I didn't know what was wrong until I realized they were giving me a different medication than what I was supposed to get. When I realized this happened, I called and Dr. Monchamp told me to throw it away because I shouldn't be using it. Obvious medical malpractice, negligence- Clinic didn't do anything about it. Have the calls / documentation. Unprofessional rude staff/ front desk and medical assistant, Alexis, front desk. I had a lot going on and didn't have the energy anymore to deal with them honestly after this past year and trying to get treatment and help. I took this to the clinic manager, Nicole- she entirely dismissed it. She refused and avoided to see me in person and only wanted to chat via email, until I had to literally track her down by going building to building and asking about her whereabouts, and the front desk had to message her while I was standing and waiting to get an update. It is so unfortunate, and sad that they are operating this way and getting away with it. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Not cool to take advantage of people, especially when they're in a vulnerable spot in life with health.
