I told her when she found a spot I have trouble with and she moved away from it to another area and did not go back to that spot. She laid a hot washcloth on my face and said she was done and walked out. I had a check already made out including tip to give her. After the service I got I would not of gave any tip at all, you earn tips. I felt that it was a Total Waste of Time and Money Spent. He did some stretches and movements of my knee and found my IT bands to be tight running down my leg and connected to my knee. Then we did some stretches I could repeat at home. It was instant relief! ABOVE AND BEYOND! The Guy actually had me record him doing the stretches and explaining what the stretch did and what i should be feeling thru the stretch. Dr. Greggory explained everything very thoroughly which i really like and appreciate. He came off like a personal trainer stretching and explaining. My husband is seeing Dr Thea for different issues, mainly for his lower back and his shoulders. Though we see her for different reasons, treatment is similar at its core. What we love about this doctor is that she does not only look at your symptoms, she looks at your overall health, your habits, health history, etc. to get a full picture so that she can provide the best possible treatment. She will take all information and your x-rays and will create a treatment plan and information folder for you to take home, she is very thorough and truly cares about her patients' well being. Before treatment my husband gets to use the traction table, however I think that I am getting the better end of the deal.. Rolling table thing which massages my entire back for a few minutes.. where have you been all my life?! I am not sure what this is called, but I need one at home! I have never been adjusted by a more gentle chiropractor, and I love it. She doesn't try to overdo anything, if it doesn't 'go' she will either apply heat, massage a bit, or plan to get it next time. She'll teach you things which you can do at home to help/keep up with treatment at home such as stretches in-between visits. My pain levels have gone down since starting treatment which makes me extremely happy. Because insurances can be limiting and can be cost prohibitive, we just pay out of pocket on a monthly basis. We get unlimited visits per month at a very reasonable price, much less than copays for the same amount of visits (except now the visits aren't limited) - works for me!
