If I could give this office 0 stars, I would…read more I first visited Queensridge for a consultation last August and paid my $75 copay at the time of my appointment. The entire visit with the doctor lasted less than five minutes. I was then sent for blood work. Even though I had fasted beforehand just in case, I was told the specific test had to be completed before a certain time, so I had to schedule another appointment. When I returned for my second appointment after making another 30-minute drive, I was informed that the phlebotomist wasn't there, so I couldn't even have my blood drawn. After two disappointing visits, I decided not to return to this office. To make matters worse, I later received a bill for an additional $73. I spent over six months trying to get someone to explain why I owed more money after already paying my copay. I called weekly, left countless messages, and never received a return call. Because no one would respond, the balance was eventually sent to collections. I paid the balance just to deal with the collections issue, then disputed the charge with my bank because even they agreed the situation seemed unusual. Despite that, I am still being billed for the same charge. Once again, I spent months trying to get answers with no response. When I finally reached someone, I was essentially told that if I didn't pay, it would simply be sent to collections again. No one could actually explain why I owed the money. I no longer have the insurance I had at the time of my visit, and I was also told the doctor I originally saw doesn't even work there anymore. The lack of communication and patient care at this office is unacceptable. Ignoring patients for months while continuing to bill them and threaten collections is not how a medical practice should operate. If they put even half as much effort into helping their patients as they do collecting money, this situation could have been resolved long ago. I will never return and would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a practice that values communication, professionalism, or patient care.

When I called, I was met with an automated message, standard these days, but there were no options for new patients or to reach medical staff. I stayed on the line without pressing any keys, and a human did eventually answer. They were polite, soft-spoken, and informed me that the clinic operates on a membership model. Digging into the site later, I found that membership runs around $3,200 per year. What's not clearly explained is how this integrates with existing insurance. There's no detail on whether labs, prescriptions, or procedures are billed separately or offset at all. Nothing against the clinic itself, but after watching another practice in town fall apart post-buyout, I'm not eager to throw more money into the healthcare black hole, especially on top of already sky-high insurance premiums. Las Vegas isn't exactly budget-friendly, and this setup seems designed more for the west side crowd with disposable income than for the average patient just trying to get solid care without financial acrobatics.

I don't know if she was having a bad day but she argued with me that I dont have several medical conditions, many of which she's known i have had for several years while under her care. Today she outright argued with me saying I don't have the medical conditions nor did she EVER tell me I have Cancer. Yet, after she got her head out of the fog she was in and read my prior test results, she then says yes I do have cancer? I see many doctor for many reasons, she is the only one that tried to tell me she knows more about body than I do! She is a definite quack! Please use your BEST judgement and DO NOT let her mess around with your health. Just stay away from her and see a more qualified professional. I will DEFINITELY NEVER go back to that business again

I was referred to this office when my ins dropped the Dr I was getting treatment thru last January…read more I wasn't able to get an appt w this office till March. It's now December and to date I have received absolutely no treatment for my cancer even tho the latest PET scan showing it's metastasized 75% since May. They lost my results twice which entailed my having to get another scan and then sent me to a radiation oncologist who said he couldn't treat me due to the metastasis. I then went back to IOH to be told I needed genetic testing to see if I qualified for immunotherapy . I did not. After that someone called asking how I wanted to handle my $600+ copay. I'd never had any copay. I told them I wasn't prepared to pay it. A few days later someone else called and asked if I needed financial assistance. I said yes and they told me to come to the office and fill out an app. I did so wi the week. Abt 2 weeks later someone called asking when I was going to return the application for financial aid. Advised them that I had already done that and turned it in to the front desk. She the asked was I sure I turned it in. Could it still be at my house? Advised her that I came to the office and filled it out in the waiting room. They finally found it. Within days a box was delivered to my home that I needed to sign for. When I opened it, it was the immunotherapy drug Keytruda. Dr Valladeres had told me I had no genetic markers for immunotherapy and was not a candidate. Called the office twice and spoke w 3 ppl asking what I should do w the drug that I now had in my fridge! No one has an answer but they still said it shouldn't have been shipped to me. (They're the ones who filled out that portion of the app not me). Called Merck pharmaceutical and they instructed me to take it to the office and to get a receipt. Did so. In the meantime, it's now been a yr since I received any treatment for my cancer which has now metastasized into my lymph system ands has gone from 1 metastatic node to 4. I have gone untreated for an entire yr!!! Every time I tried to book an appt I either couldn't get thru, was told the scheduling system was down but that a nurse would call me wo 24 hrs, (one ever called once out of 3xs being told that they would), or they couldn't schedule an appt for me till my copay was satisfied which was for the Keytruda that I cannot have anyway. When I explained that i had been approved for financial assistance thru Merck they said they had not been notified. Found out later from an employee that when the Keytruda arrives at the office it automatically triggers the system to allow me to schedule an appointment however bc it went to my house, that never happened. So here I sit w metastatic lymph nodes not being treated for an entire yr. I finally called and asked for a callback via the leader on their phone system. Someone called me back wi 30 mins today and I was able to schedule an appt wa diff dr at a diff location. I hope and pray the office on Medical Center Dr is more competent than the one on N Tenaya. I have nothing bad to say about Dr Valladeres but like my GP said, "A Dr is only as good as his staff." If the office staff at the new location isn't more on the ball I'm probably going to die from perfectly survivable cancer.

*This review is for Adult Medicine*…read more Drove my mom to SW Medical today, 4/10/2026, for blood work and a doctor appointment. My Mom has to use her double wide manual wheelchair for appointments instead of her electric wheelchair because RTC Paratransit doesn't pick up in my neighborhood (she lives with me). The manual chair is so wide that she has to stand up and use her walker to get through the doors to the exam rooms, I have to fold the chair to get it through the door, and then, once we're through the door, I open the chair so she can sit back down. It really wears her out. By the time we got upstairs to Adult Medicine for her doctor appointment, she was completely pooped. The nurse who called her back, got two other nurses to assist us getting from the waiting room to the back. After the appointment, there were literally like 5 people- nurses and doctors- who came to assist my Mom out of the room. Two nurses then escorted us to the service elevator and out the ambulance entrance so Mom wouldn't have to stand up again to get back into the main lobby. They also pushed her to the car and helped her get in the car. I just want to commend the staff in the Adult Medicine department. You made my Mom's day. She said she felt like she was getting the VIP treatment. These days, that kind of customer service in medical establishments is rare. Thank you and may God bless you all!

I had a C-section for my first baby on the 24th and was told by my delivering doctor that I would need to be seen by an MD within the same week to have my bandage removed and incision looked at. My primary OB office (Sienna) didn't have any appointments available with any of the MDs so I had to go to this grand montecito location. This location is a 40 minute drive for me mind you. After being taken to the exam room and talking with the nurse, we overheard the nurse and Dr. Maligaya questioning why I was in office and saying that I am being seen way too early. She didn't even want to see me and had the nurse come in to tell me that I shouldn't be seen for another 2 weeks and to turn me away. I informed her that I was told by my delivering doctor that I needed to be seen by an MD the same week and I was just following instruction. I was also attached to a battery powered suction device underneath my bandage that only had a 5 day battery life. The nurse leaves the room and Dr. Maligaya walks in, again, questioning why I was there in the first place. I told her as I told the nurse that I was just following the direction of my delivering doctor and my incision needs to be checked and the suction device needs to be removed. After going back and forth for a bit, she smacked the exam bed and said "well let's go, let's remove it then". My husband had to step in and tell her that we are just going to leave because she clearly was very rude, wasn't listening to me or believing me about the instructions I was following from my delivering doctor, and made me feel like she didn't know what she was doing. I drove the 40 minutes to this location 4 days after my C-section, in pain, with a newborn just to be treated like this. Never going to this location or seeing this doctor again.
