I literally went in that morning before my appointment to make sure I could get my prescriptions. I picked up another prescription that was ordered at the same time, why wasn't I notified about the high cost hold then. The worst part is it keeps happening. The only reason I use them is because they are close and I do everything face to face and they have to admit they aren't doing their job in front of the pharmacist.

During the week before the Christmas holiday, on 12/23, I was searching unsuccessfully to find…read morecovid testing in the Toms River area. Due to my symptoms I did not feel capable of waiting in hours long lines at testing centers and rapid tests were unavailable. I called the pharmacy and was directed to their online testing registration which I completed easily, was able to drive up and notify staff in order to receive the test in the comfort of my car without putting others at risk. In a few short minutes the pharmacist arrived and performed a PCR test and I was able to receive my results by email several days later. All staff were patient, kind and knowledgeable. I again visited the store this week, January 14, and received great customer service once again. So happy to see that friendly personalized and professional pharmacy care still exists.
