It turned out to be the complete opposite of what I was expecting. The staff was professional and very attentive. The place was impeccably clean. The room was of good size, and the bed was soft and comfortable. It was quiet and quite easy to fall asleep in, even with all the wiring hooked on you. For a medical study room, it was better than I anticipated. Ms. Miesha, my Technician, was as nice, sweet, and professional as a person can be. She explains every detail and listens to all your needs in a very human way. She truly guides you through the process and keeps a constant eye on you during the entire Sleep Study. This was my first Sleep Study and it was an unexpected pleasant surprise. Thank you!

The rooms had comfortable beds with fresh white linens. The bathroom is a short walk away, outside of the room. Once again, everything was very clean. The technician was very knowledgeable and kind. Sadly, we lost my father and this man took 19 days to sign the paperwork leaving my mother scrambling and he was left in storage for over two weeks instead of being cremated timely. He even ignored the funeral homes plea to sign THREE TIMES. Time for him to remember the oath he took to become a doctor.

They only take easy patients who take no interest in their own health. On one occasion I was verbally attacked by the Doctor for looking up what a certain medical test meant. He's had such negative interactions with so many patients he just assumed if you look up medical tests it's because you don't trust him. Not because you want to be fully informed about your medical care. I had expressed my concerns about certain potential diagnoses and they were dismissed and chastised. If you're an easy text book case who believes Doctors are infalible, he might work for you. If you have even the slightest interest in your own health and the path your health care takes, be wary of him.

Dr Milo is extremely rude and unprofessional and so is his front desk staff. My daughter was crying because she had to have a tooth pulled and she was nervous. They tried to enforce the need of Nitrous even though I stated I did not want her to have it because it makes her sick. They sent her away and would not treat her because we refused Nitrous. Dr Milo told my husband it is a complicated procedure but then told him he could easily get my daughters tooth out at home. My husband took her to the appointment and when I called to ask about what happened they refused to give me information. Dr Milo got on the phone and told me to talk to my husband and that I may not be who I actually am (even though they already verified me when they answered the phone) after I explained that to him he told me he does not owe me anything and hung up on me. He then called my husband to let him know that a woman who claimed to be his wife called and it didn't go well. This is not the first incident we had. A few weeks ago my other daughter (who is 9) was given Nitrous for a tooth pulled and it was rushed. She was in and out of the room with treatment within 30 minutes and threw up in the lobby on the floor. She has had Nitrous at a different dentist a few times with no issues but the appointments were much longer and they gave her time to come off the gas. When Dr Milo came out to the lobby he scolded my husband for having a drink in "his lobby" before addressing my daughter vomiting on the floor. This office should not treat children or adults for that matter. They are rude and have zero bedside manner. If you would like more proof of the terrible office just look at all the reviews on yelp and everywhere else. I will be pursuing this matter further along with other people and their complaints!
