Never have I experienced this abc method that Dr. Aberle uses. I originally went to see Dr. Aberle for some muscle work I needed on my shoulder. It had been bothering me for years. I got the muscle work that day but I was also educated on the abc method. My shoulder problem went away. I go every week for a treatment and my whole back has never felt better.
