When I moved to Madison one of the first things I did was shop around for a chiropractor; I am so happy I chose Dr. Kimberly right off the bat, I didn't need to look any further! Effective and affordable treatments have allowed me to recover from the move and get so much more out of the summer that I would have otherwise been able to. Also, being able to bring my daughter along on my appointment means I don't have to juggle my or my girl's schedule, or pay a sitter, which is a huge bonus. My daughter got her first adjustment from Dr. Kimberly, and that worked out really well for us too. I can't recommend this practice highly enough. I wish I knew of such an awesome chiro. when I was pregnant. I'm also a big believer in health maintenance adjustments for growing kids, and anyone with any kind of mobility problems, or pain. Never have I experienced this abc method that Dr. Aberle uses. I originally went to see Dr. Aberle for some muscle work I needed on my shoulder. It had been bothering me for years. I got the muscle work that day but I was also educated on the abc method. My shoulder problem went away. I go every week for a treatment and my whole back has never felt better. My posture has gradually improved. I understand that the abc method doesn't have a stage were you are "done". I just know that for two years now I have a lot less back pain and I credit Dr. Aberle and this abc method for that. I would highly recommend you go see him.

I was given a posture brace and exercises, but still experienced a significant amount of pain nearly every day. I finally got fed up, ripped the brace off, and called Madison Chiropractic. They got me in the next morning. Let me tell you... my mind is blown. After the first visit, I felt like I could move in ways I haven't moved since I was a kid. I felt a little sore, but the original pain was much less significant than before. The next day, Dr. Royster had me come in again, adjusted me further, and I did not feel an ounce of pain the rest of the day at work. I could do everything I could do when I first started my job, not only without pain, but with a much further range I had in the first place. It's not just the results that matter. Dr. Royster is incredibly knowledgable, and he wants to share his knowledge with you in a way you will understand. I had to watch a few videos before my visits, and they were educational and helped me get a grasp on how connected one problem is to another. He also gave me some diagrams and literature and used them to explain my specific problems and the plan to keep me from relapsing. THIS is what a doctor should be. The truth is that you will have to see the chiropractor multiple times, but it's worth it, and for the type of care I'm receiving, I don't dread it at all.
