They ended their contract with the VA and didn't tell anyone. Now I'm starting over from scratch with no notice. It should be criminal, but it's par for the course for this wasteland. Any clinician that cares about patient care should quit and find a better place to work. Specifically, the doctors who don't should remove MD from their resume as they are just more unthinking, unfeeling wage slaves no more helpful than a shopping cart attendant, but certainly more harmful in the long run. As a healthcare provider, I have never seen such neglectful, ignorant, untrained, unqualified, or imbecilic care and coordination from an office in my life. A patient of this office died recently (May 2025) at 37 years old, and his widow has been attempting to get a clear picture of his medical records since June 2025, and it has taken more than an Olympic level of strength to get that to happen. We have spoken with multiple people, most of whom have no idea what they're doing, how to pull a record, who works in the building, what anybody's name is, or how to do their job. When asked what we wanted the records to contain, as now we have to take her children to a pediatric cardiologist, we requested full records including intake information, visit summaries, labs, orders, results, medications, imaging, etc., what one would consider a 'complete' medical record. After months of trying to get in contact with the right person, being sent another patient's legal paperwork in an unencrypted email (hello HIPAA violation), and sent around in loops again and again, we were finally able to pick up the 'complete' record yesterday. It is less than 20 pages long, contains no labs, no results, very few provider notes, and doesn't even contain his entire reconciled medications list. The office staff is incompetent, and excuses themselves and their untrained staff with no discretion. Dr. Hynes is a negligent provider, who has no business running an office, and has the clinical review skills of a naked-mole rat. Seems like they're running us in circles on purpose. Seems like they're hiding the fact that Dr. Hynes missed A LOT in reviewing these records, and now a 37-year-old man is dead, his wife is a widow, and his children aren't being given the information they need. Seems like they don't want to release all of the information that they are obligated to hold onto (as the custodians of these medical records). -1000/10 - don't bring anyone you care for here to receive medical attention. I have recently moved moved and need to change PCPs. This place look good on the website. I made an appointment. I told the lady my work hours and that I cannot take off time from work. we made a compromise that I thought would work. I filled out eh online froms. I showed up at my appointment time. I was told I did not fill out the forms and that I was to be there a 1/2 hour earlier and I had to reschedule. I will not be suing their services. I do not like being called a liar. read more

Don't do it. They hire descent therapist but as soon as I would start making progress with my therapist they would leave and I would have to start from the beginning with a new therapist. I have had four therapist in one year. It's beyond frustrating. read more

I left the VA because I became eligible for medicare thinking I would get better care. Not enough difference to make it worth while. Haven't been a good place for me. Somebody needs to tell them that patients aren't just single dimensional computer screens. Sometimes they need some human connection and more than a refersl service. And they are terrible about follow up and returning calls. Called my primary several times to get advice about an emergency and never got a return call. They really were useless when I've needed them. read more

Avoid this place for methadone. I honestly don't know why they would start a program. The process to intake is way more complicated. But it's obvious they only care and want Medicaid patients. They want u to pay per office visit, per dose, etc. why would anyone do that when they can walk in and pay $12 a day and be done with it? Also they MAKE you file for Medicaid. It's obvious they want the government money and as much as they can get. Some people don't believe in welfare and don't want to ever have their name on that application. I know this place is new but they r so out of touch with methadone and what a methadone patient wants. We aren't suboxone patients for a reason and it's bc how the program works. I moved here 2 mos ago. Once I realized what place I was talking too I realized I had been warned about this place by several patients at clinics I guest dosed out and was warned by a counselor in a city I don't live in about their massive cost and this guy knew I was not in taking at his clinic. He just lmk another clinic I can go to and pay half as much and it be way easier. There r clinics like this back home and in Denver. The only people who go r ones who had to wait on a waiting list at other clinics. Places like this care about money first and trust me u don't to have to worry about ur dose. U will be using on days u can't dose and it's a nightmare. Not happy to say but I'm a 12 yr clinic vet and have attended several clinics. Don't do this to urself especially if ur paying cash. Look into the other clinics first at least I promise there r cheaper/easier treatment options. read more

Have had nothing but problems with Health Solutions since the start.My Son and Daughter both use their services at different locations. The counseling seems okay, My problem is mainly with the office and their "POLICY" when it comes to scheduling appointments. Their Central Scheduling Office does not communicate with the doctors, or with the counselors, or with the other facilities. For some reason their policy will only allow them to book appointments within 7 days, so when your Doctor says to follow up in three weeks, you have to call them two weeks later to schedule an appointment for the next week which is always booked, so you get put on a Wait list, where they call you last minute when they can fit you in... This has caused my Daughter to run out of Necessary Medication, miss large amounts of school, not to mention miss counselling appointments.Chaos and confusion are two things a teenager who is depressed and suicidal cannot have in their lives, and the people you entrust to help them should not contribute to a condition that as parents we are trying to eliminate. After speaking to a supervisor, I was given a number to call at corporate headquarters, went right to voicemail, the number had a standard greeting that you would get from a cell phone, no name, department or other identifiers to know that you had reached anyone. Would love to know if they bill the Insurance company for all the appointments they cancelled and didn't inform us about.Think I will look into that next. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CHILDREN'S Health and well being to these people. read more

i will never use this place again for anything , in using thier mental health program , asking for computer classes so i could get off my check , it resulted in 4 classes in a year, a year of my diabetic medications being withheld for whatever reason , appointments being shuffled till they didn't exist then forced to go to some i missed my appointment class, constant harassment for not taking medication I didn't need , even illegal activity of discussing my case and trying to get my room mate to talk me into taking the drugs I was refusing , this place is a plague on pueblo,i have begun calling it health pollution's read more
