Other fitness studios offer you saunas or at least a shower. Here is not even a changing room. There are really old couches downstairs that you can throw your clothes on. Too bad . I wish they had more space so I don't have to be afraid of 200 lb guy landing on me while he is jumping his burpees over a ball. The trainers though are supper nice and helpful.

The classes are definitely on the pricier side but it also includes a reserved bike, a towel, shoes, water, and a clean studio. I also like that they offer some classes in English. -1 point as the studio itself is super small. The changing rooms and lockers get extremely crowded between class times and it's nearly impossible to get ready for class without accidentally hitting someone or stepping on someone. Otherwise a great place!
