I made the appointment through the scheduling line, as usual and that was the time she was scheduled for. My mother is substantially demented, running low on the medication they sent her home with from the hospital, and is suffering from edema, which though present previously, has gotten so much worse and her prescribed furosemide is no longer taking care of this. They gave us an appointment in April. I'm planning on contacting my attorney. I will take her to Health Partners. I'll never use a Fairview Clinic or a Fairview Hospital again. We'll take her to Regions.

I understand they may be worried to let him use it prior to a screening but he also was unaware that he'd have to wait 1+ hours just to have the test done. My blood pressure was higher than normal and suddenly she's fixated on it. I felt like everything I said was ignored after that. The cardiologiy department at St. John's saved my life. I had calcium in the veins around my heart…read more Some had said "normal for your age." I had surgery three days ago. Every member of the staff was extraordinary! two of them said they were proud that little St. John's was number one in cardiology in the Twin Cities. They were doing ten heart surgeries that day! My surgery was downright pleasant! I talked with the nurses while they were doing it. It turns out, a major vein on my heart was at 95% occlusion. I was a centimeter away from a heart attack. My brother, a radiologist said they did an excellent job of fixing me. Now I am fine. Thank you, St John's.

I was brought in to the…read moreER with cellulitis with the additional swelling and fluid around my heart they admitted me to the hospital for a few days. From the ER registration and the ER doctors everything was wonderful. Once I was up on the telemetry floor the nurses were very awesome. I believe one of the names of my nurses was Lisa at night time. She was very wonderful, friendly, and very attentive. For two days in a row I got to have the wonderful experience of having Stephanie as my daytime nurse. Not only was she good at her job and very attentive to my needs. She had a very great bedside manner. Very nice and friendly. I highly recommend St. Joe's Hospital to anybody. By the way I came from out of state, and that was a Great Hospital experience.
