Just had the most positive experience here after feeling apprehensive reading all of the reviews of this Healthfirst location. I was asked immediately what I needed and send to one of the cubicles for further assistance. My information was all typed up which saved SO much time plus I was in and out in less than an hour. Definitely my go to Healthfirst office! read more

They cant do their jobs! You pay on time, well advance and then cancels your insurance without notice. Once that was settled, they wipe off your login account to remove all prior history! What kind of sh*t is that?! read more

My daughter's account was cancelled due to autopay not taking out the funds- purely Healthfirst's fault (apparently many were cancelled). I spent hours trying to get it remedied and they were so unprofessional. Once I gave up, they called me back the next day to say it was their system/their fault and that they would cover June payment and it would show in system within 72 hours. (Before then I tried to make an extra payment and they were leaving with a month gap of no coverage). 5 days later, my child is not reinstated. I called and healthtfirst said they can't get her covered til July and they have no notes from the June 12th call and they can't help. They are beyond ridiculous! It's June 17 and my daughter has daily prescriptions and a doctors appointment currently on hold due to this. I've also had numerous issues of services that should be covered at 100% (including mammograms and covid tests) not being covered. Please do better- I will be making complaints wherever I can. Our healthcare system in the US is beyond broken read more

Health First was 1 of the many CHP (Children's Health Plus, a state-guided children's health plan) plans we researched but notably, Eric's superb detail and being familiar with all the terms and details alongside my knowledge along with the clear premiums and clear documentation and good website all gave us the confidence to enroll our children with Health First and none of the many other CHP providers. So far so good as they're enrolled now we pay premium and the eligibility date (the 1st of the next month after enrollment) arrives.

This company deserves 0 stars. I canceled a policy the day after signing up (May 10th, 2026), yet…read moreI've now made over 10 calls and still have not received my refund. On top of that, they continued to charge my bank account for another month after the policy was already canceled. I've tried calling multiple different numbers, and every time it ends the same way--no help and no resolution. I have proof of my cancellation, and all calls should be recorded, yet no one has been willing to resolve this issue. I've also sent emails with no response. I was told a supervisor would call me back to get everything sorted out, but I never received that call. At one point, an agent even refused to provide me with a contact who could help and then hung up on me. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled.
