On Nov. 11 I got a CPAP machine from Healthline Medical. It was approved by Medicare and my supplemental insurance be I picked it up. I was asked to put a credit card number on file to cover my deductible for supplies next year. To my disbelief, a charge for $623.87 was charged to my account on 11/27/20. So far I have called 3 times. First time on 11/30 I was assured a call back within 24 to 48 hours. Second time on 12/1 or 12/02, I was told that insurance had not been filed, but they would call back right away. It's now 12/7 and I have yet to get a call back. I called and spoke with Frans, was put on a long hold, then told a claim was filed 11/30. It was approved BEFORE I picked it up. I asked for a supervisor and was again put on a long hold. Frans said the supervisor would call me, which hasn't happened, yet. Run, don't walk, from this company. UPDATE: Tonya from the local store called me and apologized for the problem. Ordered bed for Friday delivery, declined Thursday because I could not be there to help my 87yr old father to understand how it worked. From what I understand they would assemble and show us/someone how it works. RECOMMEND YOU NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FOOLS/RUBES!! No Call...No Show...Worse than 80's cable company. My Dr wrote a prescription for a CPAP machine. These people called from an "unknown" number then left a message for me to call them. I called and of course there were no representatives available. I left my call back number and yep an hour later they called from an unknown number. Rinse and repeat several more times. I don't know about you but unknown numbers go straight to voice mail. I looked at reviews and it seems these people don't care about customer service. I requested that my Dr. use another vendor. If I did business like this I wouldn't be in business. read more

One of the absolute worst experiences that I have ever experienced!!!! Customer service is the worst. I was also told by an employee named Tim that if equipment was returned within 30 days that there would be a full refund. I called the billing department and talked to 7 different people and got disconnected 5 times. Was told I wold receive a partial refund and still not received anything after 2 months and I also received an email that they are still charging me a monthly payment even after I returned the equipment 2 months ago. I had an order for 24/7 oxygen to be delivered to my home. They finally got the order right 3 weeks later and brought only the home concentrator. So stuck in the house for another month. I asked my Doctor to write order for portable concentrator so I could have the ability to go outside and run errands. They were supposed to deliver the next day. So I called due to it getting late, around 3:30pm. I was told by person that answered the phone he had until 5pm to deliver unit and they could not give me an estimated time. The guy showed up at 6ish on a Friday night. I charged unit and Daughter came on Saturday for us to have an outing and unit was not pushing out any air, even with it at it's highest. I called to tell then about needing a exchange you brought out to me and they stated they would have the same person come to try and fix it. I waited all the next day, and the delivery guy calls at 7pm and states he can be out at my house by 8-830pm. I told him that was too late. I asked if he could bring the new unit out the next day. He tells me he's coming to fix the unit...the delivery guy, not a Tech... I told him bring an exchange unit and fix that one on his time. He states he'll have to see if they even have another unit. This company promised a full refund if returned within 30 days if you're not satisfied with the product. I returned the product within the 30 day trial period. It's been almost 2 MONTHS and I'm still waiting on a refund that they're now claiming will be a partial refund via check. This was charged through my card and should have been refunded the same way items were charged. Not only that, they automatically recharged my card $500 without any authorization. Poor customer service through the billing department. This company cannot get it together. read more
