This is located in the plaza with Tractor Supply and next to Goodwill…read more You know when you walk into a shop and you desperately want it to succeed but you can see it will struggle? This is written from a place of genuine well-wishing. I have a soft spot for mom and pop businesses. Products found: Erythritol, vegetarian gel caps, gray salt (not located anywhere else n town). The place has a sense of being left behind. I can imagine long-time residents may have an affinity for this store and are the ones who are keeping it afloat. A paint job, a massive clearance sale, and a volume turn-up on the music could immensely help here. I think they would benefit from abandoning the food in the freezer section, but keep the cold drinks. A website alone would benefit them, even if it is one page just letting the world know you exist with just the store hours and the phone number (the unofficial Facebook page has just a phone number). Someone we know who has lived in the area right down the road for a year had no idea this place exists. I saw plenty of price tags that looked aged. This does not bode well for purchasing. I swear one food item from a popular brand had faded packaging. The person I was with pointed out the mountain of ice on a container of muffins in the cold section. The woman we spoke with at the store was very kind, but it may not be enough for this storefront to sustain itself based on competitors in the area. This would be a place best visited for supplements and teas.

With a couple of exceptions, the staff has never been particularly friendly and a few times edging towards hostile but didn't quite get there. A male checker pulled something yesterday worthy of a complaint as when he finished checking me out he exposed his stomach by either pulling his tee shirt up or by stretching in such a way that he was exposed. Secondly, too many products are carried with high sugar content. I know sourcing is difficult but this should be a concern for management. Too much sugar is definitely not healthy.
