Have been back 4 more times to get the right fit. Was given the wrong size "cushion", then the…read morewrong size shoe (twice), and the 4th time a wider style but still 1/2 size too small. Started getting neuropathy while wearing one of the wrongly fitted shoes. Confusing inserts as the box says the maintainers are the black ones, but in the box it says it's the white one. Box says Relaxers are beige but box insert says it's black (see photo). was told at my last visit that they can't keep continuing to do fittings to get the correct fit. Not much of a "custom" fit for such a high price tag!

I couldn't pay the money out of pocket today and discussed how to come pick them up once I could figure out my situation and do some of my own research on the pair of orthotics to make sure they were right for my feet. However, not even ten seconds after I left the office, I could hear them loud and clear talking very poorly of me. These employees don't even have the decency to wait an adequate amount of time after I had left the office to talk about me. Ultimately I am truly disappointed by the professionalism and will not be coming back here in the future.
