Not once were we asked if we needed assistance or acknowledged in any way. We found the tea ourselves. The selection was 4 or 5 kinds, expensive and looked to be of poor quality. My only criticism of Nutrishop is that it might intimidate those who don't know a thing about pump or Vibrams but just want to buy some cheap protein powder (namely me). I'm certain, however, that if one can "(wo)man-up" enough to get his or her butt in the door, Nutrishop will be able to field all your questions and have the products that you're looking for.
