She pulled that straight out of her behind because there is no study that shows diet can return lost height. Not one. Because it can't. Just sayin'. At least she has admitted that my condition is too complex for her to treat and that her claims of individualization are stymied by complexity. On the other hand, under other guidance, I have made great gains that were structurally impossible with the program of Ms. Beckner. When I was in her office, it would have been simple for Ms. Beckner to indicate, with a flip of her hand, the wall where her diplomas hang when I asked about them - the fact that she did not reinforces my belief that she was not listening and was not able to hear questions and input verbally. What exactly about my complex conditions requires that I choke down six, super-sweet, gloppy drinks each week when I said specifically, at the outset, that I don't like sweet drinks? Like I said, if you need to be weaned away from sugary drinks and unhealthy foods, she can probably explain why those foods are bad for you and give you ideas on less harmful sugar substitutes to drink. If you need something of a higher order, and truly individualized, maybe not. I found this on the web...and thought of Ms. Beckner's response to my Yelp.
