A few years ago, this place was a blessing. My rheumatologist recommended 2-3 b12 shots a week to combat the chronic illness symptoms I have: chronic fatigue, chronic pain, insomnia, and headaches. He was right. I was getting this from this office, and last week, they cut me off, limiting me with very little notice. They were healed when I explained the situation and made no attempt to help a faithful long-term customer. Michelle...I guess she's the NP, walked in, didn't introduce herself and wasn't wearing a badge and just asked what I wanted. I asked if she could tell me more about the different programs and was told to ask the front staff. I mentioned the drugs I am currently on and she just looked at me. She didn't once look at my paperwork . I said I guess I'll try the new compounded weight loss shot and she said ok and walked out. She didn't answer any of my questions and acted bored to be there. Stephanie is wonderful, she really took extra time on my last visit to explain the benefits of the weight loss booster shot, and she was right! I was very skeptical about the HCG shot diet but it really works!!! I've lost 12 lbs in the first 2 weeks and am thrilled! If you follow the meal plan, use your shots, YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT! The first 3 days are difficult because you are eating such a small amount of calories so my suggestion is to do it over the weekend so you can be home resting. Afterwards you should be good to go! I have to say that the nurse practitioner was nice and had a good conversation with her. but the other nurse did not have the time to explain the meal plan to me. They were pretty busy. She gave me the pills and suggested for me to purchase additional shots which I did. But didn't answer any of my questions about the meal plan. She told me to call the next day. Very unprofessional.
