At Riley's, you're not going to find your highest and, custom-made, handcrafted furniture. What you will find is durable, Quality Furniture at an affordable price that is perfect for a growing Family. We've purchased couches, bedroom sets, tables and other items at Riley's throughout the years. The staff has always been fantastic. They don't Hound you but they are always there to help. They make their presence known, they guide you to the areas that you want to be and they let you do your own browsing. When it comes to couches and some other upholstered furniture, you typically have a number of options for upholstery textures, colors and patterns. A lot of these are at no extra charge. Delivery and assembly is also very affordable. A lot of the wood furniture, tables and bedroom sets and the like, they are particle board and laminated. But again, very durable and great for a growing family. With a growing family, you don't always have little ones who are as considerate about the furniture as the people paying for it might be. That being the case, you probably don't want to go out and spend $10,000 on a bedroom set for a small child. Like most furniture stores, Riley's has deals going almost all of the time. Often times there are interest free options to pay overtime. Would I go back? Definitely. Like I said, this is a regular stop for us when we're Furniture shopping. I'd highly recommend checking out Riley's first.

Finally picking up my last 15 bags of mulch and twelve bags of marble rock for the season. After paying for everything in the garden center we headed out to get the mulch through the drive threw they established in front of the store. My son and I unloaded the rocks into the back of our trailer when I noticed the rocks were green. I'm assuming they were just wet for too long. No biggie I'll take them back in. We left the suv in the drive threw and headed in. The cashier who had just rang us out told us to it go ahead and trade them in. We loaded twelve more up on our cart which only took about literally only a couple minutes and headed back to the front. When we approached I noticed the gate was locked. I asked if we were locked in and the head cashier Cindy said no you're not locked in you can go out the front. I said you can't let us out we parked in you drive threw while your employee was loading us up with mulch. She refused to open the gate at all. We had to go all the way around the store because she couldn't be bothered to open the gate that she locked up early. I confronted her after I walked all the way around the store and made it to my car 5 minutes before the garden center closed. She said that the garden center closes at 8:00 and I said but you locked up before 8:00. She had nothing but a smug expression on her face after looking at her watch. I'm all about helping people Cindy and you should be too. Someone in a position of authority should be a shining example to other associates and at the top of customer service. I always live by the motto treat others as you want to be treated. I've honestly helped multiple people at that store to load their vehicles and expect nothing in return. Shame on you Cindy, I hope regardless of where you are working you have a better attitude toward customers. I went in to purchase only a vacuum cleaner and bought several more items because of the low prices. I walked up and immediately was checked out by Corey. He had a smile and was well mannered. Upon my entry to the store he told me where the vacuum cleaners were located...I didn't have to go on a safari. He is an asset to the store.
