In February of 2019, they were coming loose and Couch reinstalled them. This year I hired a mason to have several others reinstalled that also were loose. Since then, it appears the majority of the pavers on front porch are loose and need to be reinstalled. I have contacted Couch Brick Pavers thru their website contact form twice and also called them & left a detailed message twice - all without even the common courtesy of a return call. These pavers have been down only 5 years and if they'd been properly installed would still be solidly in place. In contrast, not even one of the 900 Square Feet of thin pavers installed in my pool/patio area in 2012 by another company has loosened. Obviously Couch did a poor installation and they don't stand behind their work. 5/29/24 As an addendum to my prior review of Couch Brick Pavers, I'd like to add that Larry Couch sent a crew of four this morning to remedy prior problems I have had. If diligence counts for anything, these pavers should be trouble-free for many years to come. The crew reinstalled those that were loose, totally removed & reinstalled an area that wasn't level with the driveway & that could cause a fall, and finally re-sanded the entire job. They left absolutely no mess behind and the pavers look brand new - thank you, Couch Brick Pavers, for standing behind your work!

She finally got the long-languishing repairs on track while competently navigating further challenges that arose along the way. I believe now that the source of the problem is that I was unfortunately working with a designer who was not effectively communicating my repeated concerns or requests for escalation through the company channels, which left me stuck in an endless loop of delays and setbacks. That said, I have lingering concerns about the repeated quality-control lapses involving the cabinet supplier itself. While S&W ultimately worked through the problems, the number of defects, replacement parts, and repeated corrections was well beyond what I would reasonably expect on a new installation of this scale. In fairness, I also recognize that had I been more assertive about making sure management directly heard my concerns, the resolution likely would have come much sooner. Once I finally went around the bottleneck and escalated the issues myself, things began smoothing out quickly. In summary, I don't believe my experience reflects the company as a whole as much as an unfortunate mismatch with one designer who was not effectively managing communication or escalation. Once others within S&W Kitchens became involved, the project moved forward much more professionally and efficiently. I would like to thank all involved for, ultimately, a good result. Thank you!

We painted the entire interior of the house and added recessed lighting and most outdated fixtures thru the entire house. She was attentive to detail and kept our job moving along nicely.
