From the receptionist to the Dr, the visit to Hearing and Balance Specialists of KC was super. Quick check in when I arrived. They emailed me the forms to fill out the day before, so I could have done before arriving. Office was super clean and professional. Have appointment next week to have hearimg aids fitted. I searched online to find a lot of different centers I could go to. Something kept taking me back to Neighborhood Hearing Aid Center, so I called them. I was shocked to find they could get me in the next day. The night before my appointment, my hearing aid wire broke off inside my ear, and I was already past due for a cleaning and some new parts. I was so thankful I had an appointment the following day. The receptionist was really nice and the Audiologist was super friendly (and funny). It was a real pleasure to work with him. He took care of my problems in no time at all, and I couldn't have been happier. Now I know why my gut kept telling me to choose Neighborhood Hearing Aid Center to go to. I am so happy I did and I know I chose the best place for me!

I am now a patient of Dr. Stacy Shutz in dermatology and this review reflects how I feel about her and about the office visits to this location. I have been treated with utmost respect on both occasions. The first time it did seem like I spent a great deal of time filling out paper work - though everything is actually done on an ipad. This time, I was able to do all the sign in work online before arriving at the office and that seemed to speed things up to a remarkable degree. I no sooner sat down after announcing my presence than there I was being called back to the exam room. Impressive in a room filled with folks waiting to be seen. The office site is large and very clean. There are tons of advertising materials everywhere but no one tried to sell me anything. This is my first go around with pre-cancerous spots and with all things dermatology. Dr. Shutz took time to explain what the different terminologies meant and what treatment would be best. When I expressed a concern about disfigurement that might result from treatment of the place on my face, she took me through exactly what would happen and what my face would look like during the healing process. I really appreciated her taking time to be thorough in this and not making me feel like an dummy or an annoyance. I am extremely pleased with the care I am receiving and now can highly recommend Midwest Medical.

Dr. Weaver and the entire office is top notch!…read more Her primary nurse is Cheryl and Cheryl always calls me back and always works me in if I need attention urgently. The people on the phone are always helpful and kind. I never wait even five minutes in their spacious and clean waiting room. The nurses or medical assistants who take me back and triage me are always kind, as well. Once in the examination room, my wait is seldom more than ten minutes. Dr. Weaver is always so kind and welcoming. She sits and listens. She does not seem distracted, she is not busy looking at the computer or writing notes. She is compassionate and she does not judge! The reference desk is always helpful, they call to pre-cert any services Dr. Weaver sends me out of office for; and they call me to tell me what my out-of-pocket will be. There is a phlebotomist on site and there's never more than a five minute wait for blood draws. I cannot recommend her and the office more.

My Dr retired from the practice & I was passed down to Foster. I did not like Foster as he dismissed the symptoms I c/o and he talked over me. My caretaker was with me to report changes she's seen over the last year. He did not listen to her either. I don't believe it's ok for a woman to be laying in the pt bed w/a male Dr over her taking away the med plan she's followed for several years at the same office. Then he's refusing to fill your meds & kicks you out. Arguing with your patient is not professional!
