I'm 82. After ordering my new lenses at the Waddington location on Nov. 20th I asked that they please be sent to Ladysmith for pick up. They aggreed. As the Post Office was on strike I had to wait until Dec 17th when it was over. When I didn't get them before Christmas I called FYI. It is now Jan 4th, I have called Nanaimo once and Ladysmith twice and after being told each time they will be shipped right away, they have still not been mailed.
