I came in with what could have been edging on a serious upcoming issue which Vik, my doctor considered very carefully as we proceeded through the process. From explanation to result I was totally at ease, understood my options and the possible outcomes, costs and his opinion. Then, Vik even suggested getting in to see the retinol specialist in the office upstairs (one of only 4 on Vancouver Island) and once he got my ok, he bolted upstairs to speak to their VERY busy office and amazingly managed to get me in that very afternoon. Their reasoning- "Oh we really like Vik and the whole team at Eye Plus" . Eye Plus is worth the drive and it's worth your eyes. Book an appt and put your mind at rest and enjoy the experience. Can't say enough. I'll probably bring them chocolates next time I drive by!

Some people cannot wear a mask for psychological, behavioural or health conditions. Some people may also need to remove their masks to communicate due to a hearing impairment. Be respectful of people who can't wear a mask." Please get educated people! I was told I could wear a bandana, which is ludicrous. I really need glasses as a lens fell out of my old ones but I won't go where I'm not welcome.
