They are right down the street from me, and they helped me identify effective solutions for my chronic hives so I really wanted to work with them. But after communicating so many issues SO many times with no fix, I can't see myself believing it will ever get better. Since day one I've had dozens of voicemails left with no response, or messages taken by receptionists in person and over the phone with no follow up. Often I call back again or check with the office and nobody has any record of my previous calls/requests. It would take too long to list each mishap but I've experienced charges for no shows on appointments that I'd rescheduled, difficulty scheduling appointments at all, last minute cancellations from the office on days I'd taken off of work, very high appointment charges for unnecessary phone calls with my doctor in order to receive treatment at a later time. Each time I am understanding and patient but when I ask to speak with someone about it, they say they will contact me and never do. It really feels like the cause of each problem is never addressed. They sincerely apologize always which I appreciate but I can't rely on this office any longer and it's disappointing.

She was very helpful in explaining different features and providing a recommendation. I purchased hearing aids for her that have worked tremendously well. Recently (six years after her first visit), my mother lost one of the hearing aids. I sent a note to Dr. Farah, who very promptly responded with alternatives for a replacement. She again described all the options and was very helpful in suggesting a cost effective recommendation for a replacement aid. She very promptly found a replacement, programmed the aid and mailed a package to my mother. We are so grateful to have Dr. Farah's incredible service and support!

The hearing aid was repaired properly and for a reasonable price. After their showing me the latest technology and how it would improve my hearing, I decided to purchase a new hearing aid, which has, indeed, worked very well. My quarterly visits now are part of my purchase price and include cleaning, maintenance, adjustments if needed, and more batteries if needed. My audiologist, Sue Clampitt, is very personable and knowledgeable. I am so glad I found them and will continue to go there even though it is a 35 minute drive for me.

I bought top of the line Oticon hearing aids a number of years ago. I paid $6,000. Should have taken care of them. My hearing aids are out of warranty. I sincerely let my aids lapse. . Now Im experiencing more hearing loss. Marianne Mculogh the owner told me I could send them back to Oticon to refurbish them. She told me it would cost about $90 to send them back. Oticon would Probably have to charge me more to fix them. Cris said I had to layout $495 to send them back. She outright lied to me. Audiology and Hearing aids has good reviews . Maybe now that they are a chain called Living Well ( corporate America destroys people once again. )they start to take advantage of people, especially senior citizens like me. I called Oticon to express my dissatisfaction and the lady at Oticon offered to give me other hearing aid places to go and will file a complaint against Audiology and Haring aids, I spoke to a Monica at Oticon customer service. I also explained my batteries used to go one at a time...I would replace one battery on Saturday, for example and then on Tuesday for example I would haven't replace the other ones . Monica said it's possible that some batteries might be older .It never fails, hearing aid stores try to cheat people and this is one example.

Alice is a gem, she's was the one that did the hearing test and worked with me and no question is unimportant or silly......Alice answered every question etc. Larry who schedules appointments, makes me a fresh coffee, has a personality that makes me want to stay in there office.
